Dr. Posluszny's Team
Marcia, Office Manager, C.Ht.
Marcia has worked for Dr. Posluszny since 1988. She started as a part-time receptionist/assistant and moved to full time assisting shortly after. In 2003, she took the position of Office Manager. She is registered with the IMDHA as a Certified Hypnotherapist and really enjoys helping others through the use of hypnotherapy. Marcia has two adult daughters. She loves to travel, camp, and spend time with family and friends. She is very active in the German-American community, dances with the Bavarian Sports Club Schuhplattlers, holds several offices within her German Societies and is Beer Co-Chairman for the German American Festival. GO BLUE!
Darla, Administrative Assistant
Darla started working for Dr. Posluszny in 2003. She enjoys working in the office and especially enjoys her interactions with the patients. Darla has been married for over 30 years and has 4 children from ages 16 to 30. She also has one grandson and has three granddaughters (including one set of twins!). She enjoys traveling and playing with her grandkids. She has also taken up the position of office photographer because of her love to take pictures. GO BUCKS!
Deb, Dental Assistant
Deb has been a dental assistant since 1974 and has been with Dr. Posluszny since 2000. Deb is married with 2 sons who both graduated from the University of Toledo. She enjoys walking in the park, reading, spending time with her family, and gardening. GO BUCKS and GO TIGERS!
Linda, Dental Assistant
Linda has been in the dental field since 1978. She worked at an orthodontist's office for 15 years and then got into general dentistry after the orthodontist retired. She has worked for Dr. Posluszny since 2000. Linda is married and has two highschool aged boys. Linda received her black belt in karate in June, 2007. Linda's husband and boys also have their black belts. Don't mess with Linda!! GO BILLS!
Kristy, Dental Hygienist, EFDA
Kristy has worked for Dr. Posluszny since 2000. Kristy graduated from Owens Community College in 2006 with a degree in Applied Science Dental Hygiene. Kristy also holds an EFDA (Expanded Functional Dental Auxillary) license that permits her to place restorations, which she truly enjoys. She started at the office as a dental assistant, but was later trained to work at the front desk also so she can be seen in many roles on any given day at the office. GO BUCKS!
Sandy, Dental Hygienist
Sandy is a registered dental hygienist who has been with Dr. Posluszny for over 25 years. She has been practicing for almost 40 years and has truly enjoyed every year. Sandy is married with two adult sons. She also has a dog which is very much a part of her family. She enjoys cooking and baking with her husband which they share with their friends. Sandy also has a passion for gardening. GO BUCKS!
Julie, Dental Hygienist
Julie is a registered dental hygienist and has been practicing for over 15 years. Julie is married and has two young boys. She enjoys watching Ohio State Football. GO BUCKS!
Susan, Dental Hygienist
Susan is a registered dental hygienist and has been practicing for over 15 years. She works for Dr. Posluszny on Saturdays. Susan is married and has four young children. In her spare time she enjoys reading books and exercising. GO IRISH!
